No Refunds or Exchanges (Store Credit Only.)
A Minimum 25% Restocking Fee Will Apply for Any Refused Merchandise. Shipping and Handling Charges Will Also Apply.
All merchandise returned after 7 days of receipt will incur a minimum of 25% restocking and reconditioning fee. No exceptions!
All merchandise must be returned in the original box or a box that will not incur damages in return shipping.
Damages due to return items are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions!
No returns accepted without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on all orders. Unless otherwise noted.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on all used equipment (this deposit may be applied towards the purchase of other equipment).
Cancellation of Orders Will Result in a 25% Restocking Fee. Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
You have 24 hours to completely cancel an order for a credit card or cash refund. After that time you will receive an in store credit minus any fees incurred.
Shortages or damages must be reported at time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt. Problems reported later are not the responsibility of Hairstylersfriend.com and cannot be guaranteed of resolution!
If at all possible please send your merchandise to a business address, there will be an additional charge for all orders being sent to a residential address.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF OUR LOCATION IN NEW JERSEY. EVERY ITEM ORDERED WILL SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF THE ITEM TO YOUR LOCATION.
Shipping charges are approximate, some items may vary depending upon weight and size.
If charges are different you will be contacted within 1-3 business days with the exact shipping charges.
Because of the large volume of products that we offer, it is nearly impossible to keep up with all of our manufacturers' price changes in real time.
From time to time an item may not be available or is on backorder at the manufacturers, we try to keep our website and/or staff updated about these items and do apoligize if you have not been told promptly about a backordered item.
Our company policy for refunds or returns is in-store credit only. Absolutely no cash refunds.
All returned checks will be charged $25.00 as well as a $10.00 administration fee.
Credit Applications follow the individual terms presented at time of approval.
NO Charge-Back Policy
In further consideration of Seller’s acceptance of Credit Card Payment, Buyer herby agrees that he/she will not request, demand or otherwise cause the Issuer, or any company providing credit card charge processing service to the Issuer, to reverse and or charge-back the Credit Card Payment to the merchant account of the Seller [a “Charge-Back]. Any arbitration and or attorney’s fees resulting from a charge-back will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend all buyers to read carefully these terms and the conditions before initiating a charge-back since any charge back will completely void the warranty pertaining to the payment in question.
Any cancellation of orders will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Hairstylersfriend.com will issue an in store credit that can be used in our physical store or the online store. This credit is valid for twelve months. Please make sure that what you order is what you want. This should include color, size and/or all other options if not it will default to color or option on the website and Hairstylersfriend.com will not be responsible for replacement of item.
If you refuse a delivery and it is returned, you will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
If your shipment is undeliverable the trucking companies will charge a storage fee. All shipping charges quoted are for regular delivery only. If you need a lift gate or inside delivery, you must phone, fax or e-mail all special instructions for your order and make those arrangements. Hairstylersfriend.com is not responsible for late, lost or damaged items. You must abide by the trucking/delivery companies policies and make your claim within their time limits and regulations. Hairstylersfriend.com has no control over their shipping policies or delivery personel. We will do what we can within reason to get your items replaced if a shipping loss or damage occurs, but we will not replace the items until we receive a claim from the shipping company, and payment in full. Hairstylersfriend.com does not guarantee or warranty products that we do not manufacture. Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. Hairstylersfriend.com will contact them directly as a courtesy, if there is a problem with your order that is not the fault of the shipping company.
Limitation of Warranty
Hairstylersfriend.com shall not under any circumstance be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of capital, cost of purchase or replacement goods or related claims of a customer. Customers’ remedies set forth herein are exclusive. The liability of Hairstylersfriend.com under these Terms and Conditions, or from negligence, strict tort or under any warranty otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the goods upon which such liability is based (unless Hairstylersfriend.com elects to repair or replace such goods at its own expense).
- A licensed plumber must perform all installations for plumbing and related equipment professionally. Failure to do so negates original manufacturer warranty. Documentation must be provided at time of complaint. No exceptions!
- An approved technician must service all electronic equipment under warranty. Failure to do so negates original manufacturer warranty.
- Hairstylersfriend.com reserves the right to sell certain goods “AS IS,” without any warranty whatsoever for such goods (refurbished, reconditioned, showroom models and used furniture) unless otherwise noted on sales receipt.
Governing Law and Venue
All matters relating to the enforcement of this sale transaction and this statement of Terms and Conditions shall governed by the State of New Jersey. The parties to this sales transaction hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue by the courts of the State of New jersey as the location where the sales contract was made, and agree that any suit or action to enforce or interpret any matter relating to this transaction may be brought only in the courts within the State of New Jersey in Union County.
Customers found to be in breach of these terms & conditions will be subject to collections or repossession. Any attempt to defraud Hairstylersfriend.com, or its sub-distributors will be turned over to the proper authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we reserve the right to sue for damages if losses occur and are not compensated by the party in breach of contract.
